Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician – Day Shift | c £48,000 + Paid Overtime
Based in the West Midlands | Permanent Role | No Nights

Your Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reacting quickly to breakdowns and restoring production efficiently
* Diagnosing & repairing both electrical and mechanical faults
* Supporting a wide range of automated and robotic machinery
* Assisting with machinery installations & improvement projects
* Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports
* Working collaboratively with production teams to maximise uptime
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician/Engineer within manufacturing or production
* Strong electrical fault-finding skills (mechanical knowledge also beneficial)
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in an Electrical discipline
* Ideally apprenticeship trained (not essential)
* Basic understanding of Plc controls
* A proactive, solutions focused mindset and ability to work under pressure
