Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week, 30-minute lunch break)
Magento IT System experience is essential for this vacancy.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website & Data Coordinator to manage and maintain our online presence. This role involves updating our website with garment and stock changes and pictures, processing marketing data, and ensuring high-level data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Magento IT system and a strong background in data processing and digital content management.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Post all web changes including garment updates, stock levels, and product imagery.
Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintain and update product listings using Magento.
Marketing & Product Data:
Upload and manage marketing data for new product lines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to introduce and promote new garments and collections.
Data Processing:
Handle large volumes of product and stock data with precision.
Ensure data integrity across systems and platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong attention to detail and high-level data processing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple updates efficiently.
Familiarity with image handling and basic graphic editing is a plus.
