Shifts and schedule: 15 hours a week (rising to 20 over a few months, flexible hours between Mon-Fri)

Must: Drive (Full UK license) + access to own car
Thriving by Priority Healthcare are currently recruiting for a skilled Complex Care Support Worker for a brand-new role based in the County Durham area.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a young man with an acquired brain injury in his home environment who is looking to be supported to live as independently as possible.

Client and Role:
• Our client is a young man living with an acquired brain injury and requires support to engage in social activities
• Our client requires emotional support in the home and in the community
Successful Applicant:
• Must hold a UK driving license
• Must have experience working with complex conditions (brain injuries,non-verbal service users etc)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
