Description
Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with internal teams.
Intercompany recharges
Month end tasks; accruals, prepayments
Balance sheet reconciliations
Processing overhead costs
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Manage and reconcile accounts to ensure the integrity of financial data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address financial queries and provide support as needed.Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis within the property sector.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent analytical skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance processes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Job Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £36,000 to £44,000 annually, depending on experience.
