Job Description
Are you a detail-driven Management Accountant looking to develop your career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Futures Recruitment are supporting one of the region’s most innovative and rapidly expanding manufacturers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant who’s passionate about numbers, process improvement, and supporting operational success. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy across the business, working closely with both the finance and production teams to keep records up to date and processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Process and authorise purchase invoices, credit notes, and supplier payments
Maintain accurate supplier records and raise purchase orders for materials and services
Record daily bank transactions and complete regular reconciliations
Match invoices to goods received and liaise with the production team to resolve queries
Reconcile supplier statements and assist with month-end reporting
Manage staff expenses and petty cash transactions
Support credit control and customer invoicing, ensuring prompt payments
Assist with stock and cost reporting to help track manufacturing performance
Skills & Experience
Previous experience or study in finance or accounting (AAT qualification desirable)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations
Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers, customers, and colleagues across departments
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the success of a growing manufacturing business
