Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join a business that's grown through acquisition. The role involves managing financial processes and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making within the organisation.

Description
Support the Group Management Accountant in the preparation of timely financial and management accounts information
Preparation/review of quarterly VAT returns/reconciliations
Payroll for UK Group & Headcount reporting support to Group Management Accountant
Preparation/review of quarterly submissions
Authoriser of payments
Completion of ONS and Bank of England surveys
Supporting the Head of Finance with budgeting and forecasting Excel models
Support with cashflow and currency management, including intercompany payments.
Assist with preparation of audit files
Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Accounts Department and the wider management team including reporting and analysis.
Management of the company credit card provider and facilities.
Ability to improve processes where benefits can be demonstrated.
Cover and general support for team members as required.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Strong Management Accounting experience
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
Good Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
