Location: Bromsgrove
 Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Contract: Permanent / Full Time

This is a great opportunity for a part‑qualified or finalist accountant who enjoys working with operational stakeholders and contributing to business performance.

The Role:

The Management Accountant will play a key role in producing accurate financial information, supporting commercial decision-making, and partnering with teams across the business. This position is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and confident collaborating with non‑finance colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing management accounts and financial reports
Providing financial insight, analysis and commentary
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial performance
Maintaining financial controls and ensuring strong balance sheet management
Assisting with working capital processes
Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

Part‑qualified or finalist Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Background in management accounting or similar
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance teams
Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage deadline
Experience using ERP/reporting systems
