🧠 What you'll be doing

Own the production of monthly management accounts, delivering timely, accurate and insightful reporting
Provide analysis of margins, KPIs and trends, helping stakeholders understand performance
Support budgeting and forecasting, bringing challenge and commercial thinking
Partner with teams to analyse profitability, performance and working capital
Contribute to cash flow forecasting and financial planning
Maintain strong balance sheet control and integrity
Support year-end and half-year audit processes
Improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities
Drive system and process enhancements, supporting business growth and automation
Act as a key finance contact for system changes and improvements
Provide financial insight to support commercial decisions and regulatory requirements

👤 About you

You're driven, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact. 
You'll bring:

A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a management accounting role within a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
The ability to communicate clearly, challenge constructively, and influence stakeholders
A passion for delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
