A retail organisation based in Weston-Super-Mare is currently recruiting a Management Accountant to join their team.

Duties will include:
* Produce monthly management accounts
* Provide month end analysis, assisting the Finance Director make subsequent business decisions
* KPI analysis and reporting
* Balance sheet maintenance
* Ongoing process improvements and efficiencies within the team
* Mentor and develop junior staff
* Support non-financial teams within the business
