Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with attention to accuracy and detail.

Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the retail sector.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Support year-end audit processes, liaising with external auditors as required.
Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff within the team.Profile
A successful Management Accountant - Lead should have:
A professional qualification or part-qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in management accounting within the retail or related industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex financial data.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
An understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
