Position: Management Accountant
Location: Suffolk
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join an exclusive businesses in a beautiful countryside setting.
We are seeking an individual with a strong technical foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Produce and analyse profit and loss statements
Manage billing, collections, and AR processes
Prepare quarterly VAT returns, including partial exemption and reverse charge
Lead cash flow analysis and support budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide monthly management reporting with KPI and graphical analysis
Assist in external audits and implement new systems and controls
Carry out reconciliations including intercompany, bank, accruals, prepayments, and deferralsWhat We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset
Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)
Comfortable with tight month-end deadlines
