Morgan McKinley are proud to be working with a fast-growing and evolving automotive business based near Banbury, looking for a Management Accountant on a fixed-term basis to support their finance team.
Position: Management Accountant
Contract: Fixed-term, minimum 12 months
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Office-based, 5 days a week (near Banbury)
Role Overview:
The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the finance function, producing accurate financial reports, assisting with month-end processes, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Provide variance analysis and commentary
Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong management accounting and reporting skills
Advanced Excel skills are essential
Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
