Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and respected business based in Lincoln. This is a key role within the finance team, offering variety, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Preparing monthly management accounts
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Manage prepayments, accruals and prepayments
Support financial controls, compliance, and process improvements
Assist with the preparation of VAT returns
Contributing to year-end reporting and audit preparation
Providing insight to support strategic and commercial decision-making
Experience required:
Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Experience in producing management accounts
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to engage across departments
Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvementBefore You Apply
