Description
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for internal review.
Analyse variances and provide insightful commentary to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.
Maintain accurate financial records and oversee ledger reconciliations.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise financial performance.
Support audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as required.
Implement and monitor financial controls to enhance efficiency.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
A recognised accounting qualification or working towards one.
Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
