Description
Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial compliance.
Assist in forecasting and financial planning activities.
Provide support for external audits and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Gained relevant experience in a similar Assistant Management Accountant or Management Accountant role
Desire to pursue further accounting qualifications in ACCA or CIMA.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Motivated, driven and ambitious to develop in accounts
Job Offer
Competitive salary up to £35,000
Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days at home)
