Job Description
The Company
Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, property business in Manchester. Due to continued growth they require a commercially astute individual with strong experience in a similar, busy environment. Working within a small team, the role will support the Finance Director and Financial Controller across a wide range of activities.
Salary – £40,000 - £50,000
Location – Manchester central
Hybrid – 4 days in 1 working from home.
Responsibilities will include:
Production of Management Accounts and KPIs, including all relevant prepayments, accruals, and journals.
Supporting in the preparation of budgets and annual reconciliations.
Budgeting and Cashflow Forecasting.
Assistance in Preparation of Statutory Accounts (in conjunction with External Accountants)
Preparation of cash forecasts.
Supporting the Development team in preparation of project cashflows, monitoring project spend and preparation of internal project reports
Person Specification:
Advanced Excel skills.
ACCA/CIMA PQ/Finalist.
Strong communicator at all levels.
