Job Description
This fast-growing private equity–backed business that has more than doubled its turnover in the past year, with ambitions to continue this growth path for the next few years are seeking a new accountant to join their team.
This newly created role offers the chance to shape responsibilities around your strengths while providing genuine career progression in a dynamic, acquisitive environment. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll partner with business function heads to deliver insightful analysis, month end reporting, and input into driving profitability
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting and short-term forecasting cycles
Deliver management information, KPI reporting and board pack insights
Analyse margins by income stream, identifying opportunities for improvement
Oversee overhead cost management against budget
Support system migration and finance integration of acquisitions
Contribute to annual audit and investor reportingAbout You:
Qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen
Excellent analytical skills, with experience in recurring revenue/ deferred income
Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
