Description
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategies.
Work closely with operational teams to drive cost efficiencies and improve profitability.
Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior stakeholders.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Ability to undertake Management Accounts
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with business goals.Profile
A successful Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA PQ or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
