Job Description
Ashley Kate Finance are working on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation in Lincolnshire to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially aware finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the month-end process and supporting operational decision-making. You'll be working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, playing a key role in driving financial performance and visibility across the business.
Key responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and support
Producing key reports and KPIs to aid commercial decision-making
Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
Continuous improvement of financial processes and controlsWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role
Strong Excel and systems skills
Excellent communication and business partnering ability
Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment is highly desirable
Part or fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experienceWhat's on offer:
Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time, on-site role
