Management Accountant – Blandford, Dorset
We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join a well-established group of businesses based at their head office in Blandford, Dorset. The company has recently gone through a restructure, and this is a great time to join and play a key role in shaping the future of the finance function.
This role would suit either an experienced Management Accountant or a confident postgraduate who’s ready to step up and take ownership of day-to-day finance tasks.
What you’ll be doing
* Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
* Monitoring and reconciling balance sheets each month
* Leading cashflow reporting and analysis
* Supporting month-end close and year-end accounts prep
* Working closely with Directors, providing financial insight and support
* Covering general finance tasks when needed
What we’re looking for
* AAT qualified, ACCA/CIMA part-qualified, qualified by experience, or postgraduate finance degree
* Strong Excel and IT skills
* Great communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly accurate, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines
* Proactive and enthusiastic – someone who’s keen to get involved and support the wider team
