Management Accountant – Doncaster
Salary: £39,000+ (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

We’re looking for a fully qualified Management Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) to join a successful group of companies with a combined turnover of £50m+. This is your chance to take ownership of a diverse finance portfolio, lead a small team, and work closely with the Financial Director.
What You’ll Do:
*
Manage the financial operations of a £50m turnover business and several smaller entities (~£1.5m each)
*
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
*
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*
Oversee cash flow, financial control, and reporting
*
Support strategic business decisions and drive improvements
*
Manage year-end processes and liaise with auditors
*
Lead and develop a team of two finance professionals
Who You Are:
*
Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*
Experienced in management accounting for multi-entity or high-turnover businesses
*
Confident leading a team and influencing senior management
*
Commercially minded, proactive, and detail-focused
*
Looking for a role with real autonomy and impact
