Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to join a fast paced, ambitious business? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the month-end process, deliver insightful analysis, and play a key role in driving business performance as the company continues to scale.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, improving financial processes, and providing analysis to support strategic decision making. This is a hands on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts and board pack
Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Overseeing accruals, prepayments, and journals
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Working with department heads to track performance against KPIs
Cash flow reporting and analysis
Assisting with year-end and audit preparation
Driving process improvements and automation across financeAbout You:
Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Experience within eCommerce, retail, or a product-based business preferred
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Confident communicator able to partner with non-finance teams
Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detailWhat's on Offer:
