Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Cambridge They are seeking a Management Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time basis. The role will be primarily office based and to be successful, you will have experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts
* Assisting with the annual budgeting process and preparing regular variance analysis reports
* Monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts, providing commentary on variances
* Preparing and presenting management information packs to senior leadership
* Supporting cash flow forecasting and working capital management
* Liaising across departments to assess processes and implement positive changes
* Supporting with year end audit
* Performing ad hoc duties to support the wider team
About You:
* A professional accounting qualification or part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
* Proven experience in management accounting
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage your own workload effectively
* Strong technical skillset
