Job Description
Hybrid Leeds centre opportunity for a recently qualified ACCA or ACA accountant looking to make their first move from practice into industry. This role sits within a modern, entrepreneurial professional services company experiencing strong growth, offering the chance to gain broad commercial experience and play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of management reporting, analysis, and financial control. This is a hands-on and developmental role—ideal for someone eager to build their analytical and commercial skills in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and performance reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Contribute to process improvements and system development
Provide insight and analysis to support key business decisions
Work closely with senior management and operational teams across the company
Requirements
Recently qualified ACA or ACCA (practice-trained)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, commercial mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to partner effectively across teams
Keen to learn and develop within an ambitious, fast-paced environment
