Management Accountant, Leeds, Up to £40,000 per annum + benefits
About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor and report on manufacturing costs, margins, and KPIs
Partner with operations and production teams to provide financial insight
Assist with year-end audit and statutory reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
What We're Looking For:
Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
