Management Consultant – National Security
Location: London (Hybrid – up to 3 days/week onsite)

* Engage with stakeholders at every level, from technical specialists to operational users.
* Shape requirements from ambiguous briefs and deliver tangible results.
* Analyse and present data to influence decision-making.
* Contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, marketing, and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in National Security (current or within the last 12 months).
* Management consulting background, ideally with product management, business change, or business analysis (Agile) experience.
* Authentic, flexible, personable — able to adapt to changing priorities.
* Comfortable challenging assumptions to ensure maximum value is delivered.
* Active DV clearance (UK nationals only).
