You’ll play a central role in driving funding success and enabling the organisation to expand its impact across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and evaluate new funding and tender opportunities * Lead the end-to-end bid process: writing, project managing, and submitting proposals * Collaborate with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to create compelling content * Ensure bids meet all criteria and are submitted on time * Monitor changes in policy and funding streams to inform strategy Who We’re Looking For You’re a confident and capable bid professional with a passion for education and skills, and a talent for creating high-quality, successful submissions.
