Services and Duties You Could Perform

Lead on strategic land promotion, major applications, and planning appeals.
*
Deliver development appraisals, portfolio reviews, and enforcement advice.
*
Drive public consultation and stakeholder engagement.
*
Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments.
*
Represent clients at inquiries, hearings, and written representation appeals.
*
Advise on Community Infrastructure Levy mitigation and viability strategies.

Qualified Town Planner with experience in strategic land, complex applications, and appeals.
