Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the P&L, strategic direction, operational performance, and cultural development of the company.
Your focus will include:
Driving sales growth through key accounts and distributor management, business development, and brand development.
Elevating sales & marketing performance, building stronger routes to market, and expanding reach.
Leveraging data, insights, and digital innovation to drive performance and enhance customer experience.

The Candidate – Managing Director:
Proven track record as an MD, GM, or senior leader in manufacturing.
Strong leadership capability who can inspire and develop people.
Exceptional commercial acumen and comfortable working with technical applications.
A strong vision, a commitment to deliver, and a delicate touch.
Self-motivated, approachable and empathetic.
