Job Description
An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a Team Leader Lawyer, supervising and managing paralegal teams across a broad range of projects. This is a hands-on leadership role offering exposure to high-profile matters, multiple practice areas, and innovative legal technology solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise teams of paralegals on projects including document review and due diligence
* Brief and allocate work, oversee quality control, and provide day-to-day guidance and support
* Conduct pastoral and professional development conversations with paralegals
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and aligned with client expectations
* Contribute to the development of best practice guidance and training materials
* Liaise with external vendors and manage delivery against strict deadlines
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to advance the use of legal technology tools such as AI-driven document review and automated drafting
* Support wider initiatives including business development, marketing and recruitment activities
Candidate Requirements
* UK or foreign qualified solicitor (current practising certificate) or CILEX lawyer
* Proven experience supervising paralegals in a professional services environment
* Broad exposure to multiple disciplines (e.g. Litigation, Corporate or Real Estate) advantageous
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing competing deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) with strong research and drafting skills
Hybrid working and salary up to £70,000
