Managing Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – Leicestershire – c£86 + Package

Are you ready to step into a leadership role where you'll have genuine influence over both people and performance? This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, family-run civil engineering contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering highways, infrastructure, bridgeworks and public realm projects throughout the Midlands and East of England.

As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for leading an established commercial team of seven Quantity Surveyors while overseeing a business unit with an annual turnover of approximately £40m. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide commercial direction, mentor and develop your team, ensure robust financial control across multiple projects and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business.
