Job Description
Due to its continued success in the NW Construction sector, our client, a large main contractor, are seeking an experienced MQS to augment its commercial team.
The role will involve the commercial management of a number of projects, with involvement from pre-construction through the final account. Projects are wide ranging with a mixture of new build, refurbishment, negotiated, design & build and framework procurement routes.
The role calls for an excellent understanding of JCT, NEC and D&B forms of contract as well as a track record of supervising and mentoring site based Quantity Surveying staff.
