About the Role
We are now seeking an enthusiastic Managing Quantity Surveyor with a background in the education sector on (DFE) projects to join the Eastern region.
Duties of the Role
* Commercial Lead in Pre-Construction for 2 stage DFE Bids.
* Manage on site DFE projects.
* Lead the commercial team in the Education sector.
* Provide commercial support and advice to Contracts Managers/ Operations Directors and other teams.
* Report to Regional Directors of team's performance.
* Production/ Management of Tender Bids and Contract Documentation.

* Early indication of signs/ potential issues
* Ability to take lead/ chair meetings and bring parties together.
* Organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent construction knowledge
* Construction/ reporting knowledge
