Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking Warehouse Operatives
Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 3:00pm
Additional Hours: Weekend work available
Nexwave Recruitment are currently recruiting Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Warehouse Operatives for our client’s busy distribution centre based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term, full-time work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing products accurately for customer orders.
Loading and unloading vehicles and containers.
Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch.
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse area.
Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
Following company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors – Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly beneficial for team coordination.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese – essential.
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not essential (training provided).
A Forklift Counterbalance licence would be advantageous but not required.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
Good attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
