Job Title: Mandarin speaking Payroll & HR Admin (Maternity Cover)
The Skills You'll Need: Fluent Mandarin and English, with solid Sage Payroll experience, willing to take on some HR and Admin responsibilities
Your New Salary: £35-40k (pro rata) depending on experience
Job Status: Starting from November, 6-8 months maternity cover, 3-4 days per week, hybrid working with 2 days in the office

Payroll & HR Admin - What You'll be Doing:
Payroll & HR
* Monthly operating Payroll for P.A.Y.E staffs via Sage payroll 50
* Preparing Payroll relevant documents, summary monthly timesheets
* Running and maintaining staff pension matching with updated pension regulation
* Dealing with starters and leavers.
* Recording company HR files, staff Holidays summary etc.
* Dealing with full cycle of the staff management, including staffs hiring, training, and employment relations changing etc.
* In charge of staff benefits, including staff accommodation maintenance, private medical insurance management etc.
* Dealing with certain staff’s the working visa application and maintain related record.
Administration
* Supporting staff/ clients for the arrangements with visa/hotel/ international flight booking for business travels.
* Dealing with and managing company document archive.
Payroll & HR Admin - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
* Strong previous Payroll experience; HR management experience is highly preferred, but can be flexible if candidate only has Payroll experience.
* Familiar and understand how to operate the Sage payroll 50 system.
* Familiar with UK Employment rules, HMRC rules, Salary Sacrifice Scheme, Pension Regulation, etc
* Degree in HR is a bonus but not essential.
* Willing to take on Administration responsibilities. Relevant Admin experience is an advantage but not essential.
