What You'll be Doing:

  * Build and expand relationships with client and Asian automotive component manufacturers.

  * Lead business development and marketing of battery-related materials and components for European customers, focusing on Asian suppliers.

  * Manage end-to-end commercial activities: Negotiate with Chinese suppliers

  * Communicate with customers in English

  * Coordinate logistics and cost calculations with the sales team

  * Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners to strengthen the business base.

  * Conduct market research to identify promising startups and innovative technologies in electrification.

  * Explore strategic partnerships or investment opportunities with high-potential companies.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  * Must have full right to work in Belgium. No visa sponsorship for this role.

  * Bachelor’s degree in Technical or engineering, motivated recent graduates are welcome.

  * Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.

  * Strong interest in business development and willingness to learn are highly valued.

  * Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset (flexibility, dependability, service-minded).

  * Able to handle frequent international travel to China and Japan.
