Are you an experienced Manual Grinder looking to join a precision engineering company with an excellent reputation and stable workload?
We’re seeking a skilled Manual Grinder to join our team, working on a variety of high-precision components across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Precision grinding on a range of manual machines to tight tolerances
*
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
*
Setting, operating, and maintaining grinding machines
*
Working to high-quality standards with a strong eye for detail
*
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Machines You’ll Work On:
Experience with any of the following manual grinding machines is highly desirable:
*
Landis
*
Jones & Shipman
*
Churchill
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience as a Manual Grinder (cylindrical, surface, or internal grinding)
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
*
Strong understanding of precision engineering and tight tolerances
*
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Hours & Pay:
*
Day Shift: Monday – Friday
*
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
