Manual Grinder
Permanent
£18 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Day Shifts – 7am-4pm, 7am-12pm Friday (41 hours per week)
Location: Mancetter / Atherstone / Witherley
Manual Grinder Are you an experienced Manual Grinder looking for a stable, long-term role with a respected precision engineering company? This position has become available due to retirement and offers excellent working conditions, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on high-quality aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities
Set and operate manual grinding machines to tight tolerances
Work from engineering drawings to produce precision components
Maintain quality standards and carry out basic machine maintenance
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Manual Grinder
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Aerospace or precision engineering background preferred
Benefits
£18 per hour (negotiable for the right experience)
Overtime at time and a quarter/time and a half (double on Sundays)
Day shifts – early Friday finish
