The Role
As a Manual Turner, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components to exact specifications using conventional turning machines. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in manual machining who takes pride in their craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and Operate manual lathes to machine a variety of components
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure components meet tight tolerances and quality standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Perform routine machine maintenance and checks
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Manual Turner or similar role in a precision engineering environment
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good time management and ability to work independently
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
