Manufacturing Business Central Lead Consultant

Are you a Business Central Lead Consultant with strong manufacturing expertise? Do you want to join a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice? If so this could be the role for you!
This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on solution design with leadership — helping clients streamline complex manufacturing operations through smart ERP solutions.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, working closely with clients to understand their processes, design solutions, and lead successful project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Business Central (D365 BC) implementations from discovery through to go-live, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.
Translate client requirements into functional designs, workflows, and configurations.
Advise clients on best practices in production planning, MRP, inventory, and shop floor control.
Oversee solution build and testing, managing internal consultants and external stakeholders.
Support data migration, integration, and training activities.
Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all things Business Central Manufacturing.
Contribute to solution enhancements, IP development, and team capability growth.What You’ll Bring
Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementations.
Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory modules.
Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate operational needs into ERP solutions.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams through delivery.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are desirable.
