Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to support the production of aerospace components.
Work closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and process efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and delivery.
Support the introduction of new products and technologies into production.
Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all work complies with aerospace quality standards and safety regulations.Requirements
Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a manufacturing engineering role, ideally within aerospace or a similar high-precision industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and tooling.
Familiarity with quality systems such as AS9100.
