What you'll do
You'll play a key role in refining and supporting production processes from start to finish.
As a Manufacturing Technician you will:
Improve daily operations and technical documentation
Maintain PFMEAs, process instructions, and tooling
Support process validation and drive improvements in safety and quality
Act as a key link between production and engineering teams
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:
Lead industrialisation of new products and optimise existing processes
Coordinate improvement projects, timelines, and budgets
Conduct DfX analyses and create value stream maps
Design tools and poka-yoke systems using SolidWorks or Inventor
Deliver training plans and process documentation for operators
Ensure process design is validated and released in collaboration with QA
What you'll bring
For Technicians:
MBO or HBO in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
Practical experience in production support and process improvement
A hands-on and proactive attitude with good communication skills
For Engineers:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or a related field
5 or more years of experience in manufacturing or automation
Strong knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, DfX, and CAD tools
Experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement
