Production Engineer
Leicester - £38,500 - £45,000 - Mon-Fri
We're looking for a hands-on production engineer with strong experience/knowledge of the PCB sector. This is a new role needed due to expansion where you will be leading the way on production & NPI project from start to finish. Ideal for someone who wants a senior position but not quite ready to leave the shop floor.
The Role:
Lead and manage production, processes and NPI projects from start to finish
Create new processes and build docs
Programme PCB production machinery
Deliver training
Track data to be use for process improvementsYou will be working to various ISO, AS, IPC & J standards.
About You:
At least 5 years' experience within the PCB manufacturing sector
HC/HND qualification relative to the sector
Full UK driving licence (there will be travel to supplier & customer sites)What's On Offer:
£38,500 - £45,000 salary.
