Manufacturing Engineer

Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows and cut waste.

Supporting new product introductions and embedding design for manufacture principles.

Partnering with stakeholders across UK and global teams to deliver measurable improvements.

What you’ll bring
*
Background in engineering or manufacturing, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) experience.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills (Ishikawa, DMAIC, 5 Whys, Pareto).

Proficiency in MS D365 and a good understanding of Industry 4.0 tools.
*
A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
*
A proactive mindset with the ability to balance hands-on problem solving and strategic thinking.
