The Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support daily production activities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver improvements to productivity and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing manufacturing solutions, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily production operations, providing troubleshooting expertise where needed.
* Lead cost engineering initiatives, kaizen projects, and automation improvements.
* Collaborate on new product introductions, ensuring robust manufacturing processes are in place.
* Conduct root cause analysis and deliver effective resolutions.
* Explore and implement new technologies and concepts to improve efficiency and quality.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Degree or HND in Electronic Engineering (or related discipline).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
* Effective communication skills with a hands-on approach.
* Experience with LabView, TestStand, or lean manufacturing tools is desirable.
