Job Description
Process Improvement & Optimisation – Manage and enhance manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and support production updates.
Technical Support – Provide engineering support to operations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing.
PFMEA Management – Update and implement PFMEA to AIAG & VDA FMEA standards across multiple sites.
Project & Stakeholder Management – Lead process changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with customers and suppliers.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Qualified in a related engineering discipline to HNC/HND Level as a minimum
Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing / launch engineering
Strong understanding and knowledge of PFMEA and/or AIAG & VDA
