Manufacturing FLN Manager
This extremely well respected UK brand is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to join our team at their site in the West Midlands. This role is ideal for someone ready to make a significant impact—optimising key processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, while embedding a world-class culture of safety and quality across the site.
Position: Manufacturing FLN Manager
Location: West Midlands
Package: Negotiable

Facilitate and coach team performance, encouraging development of individuals and teams through clear and inspirational leadership. Working through others, achieve high levels of targeted performance, customer satisfaction and quality standards; this will be founded on a culture of continuous improvement, development and learning. It is expected that the jobholder will create an environment where critical thinking and constructive challenging is the norm.
* Setting the standards (leading by example) of an accident free zone through ensuring that Safety First is foremost in individual and team behaviours
* To run the operations to optimal productivity and efficiency
* Consistently and persistently improve quality of products and service beyond standard, on time and in full to customer (external and internal) requirements
* Work to the Production schedule through team contribution and activity but continually challenge to optimise delivery
* As a coach enhance the capability of technicians and operatives through learning and development opportunities.
* Set the tone of continuous improvement through 1:1 regular dialogue
* Ensure strong interdepartmental communication and team working across all areas of the bakery
* Encourage a mindset of personal ownership, accountability and a ‘Can do’ attitudeBefore You Apply
