Manufacturing Manager
Location: Vale of Glamorgan

Our client is a fast-growing global wood modification business creating high-performance, durable, and sustainable wood for the built environment. With sites in the Vale of Glamorgan, Europe, and the USA and a team of 250+ talented people, growth is at the heart of everything they do.
They are now seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure production meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
🔹 What you will do:
* Oversee production schedules & resources
* Lead and inspire supervisors & operators
* Ensure targets & quality standards are achieved
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 What you will bring:
* Experience in manufacturing leadership
* Strong knowledge of production planning & quality standards
* ERP systems expertise (SAP/Oracle a plus)
* A degree (or equivalent) in engineering, manufacturing, or related subject
Location: Vale of Glamorgan
