Manufacturing Operative (4 on 4 off - Days & Nights) 

Site based role commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge and Broseley 

£35,300 + Weekly Pay + Overtime (1.5x) + Structured Training Programme + Clear Progression Routes + Pension + Health Cash Plan + Life Assurance + Tech Schemes + 4 Weeks Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pay increase after training

The Role: 
* Receive full training on automated production machinery and manufacturing processes
 * Learn to carry out machine changeovers, fault finding, and operational checks
 * Work as part of a supportive production team within a highly automated facility
 * Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
 * 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering days and nights

The Person: 
* Eager to learn and develop new technical skills
 * Practical and hands-on approach to work
 * Strong work ethic and positive attitude
 * Able to work effectively within a team environment
 * Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
