Your Role
Handle and process glass safely and precisely to meet product specifications
Operate machinery and tools for cutting, sealing, and finishing glazing units
Assemble glass components to exacting standards
Record machine outputs using S.I.C. and O.E.E. paperwork and procedures
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and performance requirements
Assist with the movement of finished goods to and from the foiling area
Support material flow through foiling machines by moving stillages and reducing stoppages
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised factory environment
Work collaboratively to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment
Shift Patterns & Salary
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 05:45 – 15:00, Friday 05:45 – 13:15
Salary: £27,890.20 per annum
Back Shift: Monday–Thursday 17:00 – 04:00
Salary: £30,316.00 per annum
What You’ll Bring
Experience in glass handling or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions
A strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
Commitment to health & safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
